I never received the items purchased. Contacted them and initially they said they would resend the purchase because the delivery service they use said it was delivered. I have cameras at my home and no delivery attempt was made within the time frame they said. The reshipped items were never delivered either. I contacted the company and asked for the delivery service information and they would not provide that. After that they offered to give me 80% of my money back and I let them know that was not acceptable and they agreed to pay me back in full. I waited the time they gave me for the refund to process then I contacted them again to let them know I had not received the refund and they only replied that they were monitoring the issue due to “force majeure”. I have all of the email communications for proof.
