I responded to an advertisement for Asics athletic shoes offered by Dicks Sporting Goods. I paid by credit card. This is a scam. I have reported the dispute with my credit card company.

Facebook post was showing a sale at Dicks Sporting Goods, website looked exactly like the one I have used before. Sale went thru, credit card was charged, I got a shipping notice so I tried tracking it and found it odd the package was coming from China. So I waited for the package and found it was delivered to Mililani, HI post office and picked up by someone.

offered discount on shoes from Dicks sporting goods at a discount and paid with credit card. once the payment was made, I didn't receive the shoes.

also received an email from Jessie@peachcher.com if you have questions to contact jessie at the email. i never got a response.

I lost 60$ in an add for Dicks Sporting Goods to buy Birkenstocks. The website looked legitimate. The tracking number of package said the package was delivered in Hawaii .

Facebook ad said that DicksSportingGoods was having a sale on Birkenstocks. Took my wife to a website that looked legit, paid $31.98 for shoes that we never received and then $.96 was taken out of account. Order placed 7/1/23.

Purchased two paddleboards each advertised including an accessory package. Purchase of $33.99 confirmed on credit card statement June 30, 2023. Tactic to order multiple products was advertising at incredibly low prices. Upon researching why delivery not yet made, I discovered this scam information. I have reported a dispute with my credit card company.

I was on Facebook when I saw an ad for Dicks sporting goods store with Birkenstock shoes on a crazy cheap price and I thought that they may be trying to liquidate overstock. I made two purchases, one on July 3rd 2023 and July 11th 2023. I wanted to be able to get great shoes at highly reduced prices. I was provided a tracking number for both purchases and the first purchase is now out for delivery in MD when I live in NY. I have reached out to the email provided several times and never received a response but that is a good thing as I see now it is a scam email.

Ad on Instagram and Facebook with Dick's Sporting goods logo, similar website, Carhartt Logo, and models - payment info from 3x personal cards entered but didnt go through. Then I got suspicious

Saw an ad on Facebook for a sale on Birkenstocks that looked as though it was posted by Birkenstocks so I clicked on it and it took me to a site that looked like Dick’s Sporting Goods (had all the logos etc and site was setup just like the real one). Made my purchase, received confirmation email. This is when I realized it wasn’t actually from Dick’s Sporting Goods. A week later I received tracking information through China Post. Eventually the tracking said my package was “successfully” delivered to Hawaii (I live in Colorado). So, I contacted customer support (jessie@peachcher.com) to see what was going on. After not hearing back I googled the email address and realized it was a scam.

This was shown as a discounted sandal sale but now looking back it was a scam and they took my money and no package was delivered.

I purchased shoes on sale. I was then offered a second pair, so I re-ordered the shoes with a second pair and asked to cancel the original order via their email address (jessie@peachcher.com) -- policy said canceled orders w/in 24 hours are accepted. I didn't hear back for days, only to learn the order had shipped. Order was shipped via https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=RG017207980CN and currently says "pick up order" with no additional information or ability to access package. I realize there IS NO package.

Order through Facebook 2 Stanley tumblers from a Facebook ad. After ordering eventually getting a tracking number stating it was delivered in CA, was suppose to be in Ohio. After getting delivered I reached out and was told sorry for the inconvenience, we are sending two more with expedited shipment. Still nothing, they are no longer returning emails.

1 day Birkenstock online sale at Dicks ! 2 pair $39.00 ... Dicks Sporting Goods !!!! Same Logo etc...manufacture direct! I love Burkenstocks! My feet love them ... How lucky to catch this sale!! Its Dicks sporting goods .. I never questioned it.... But when ii got to the sight from the receipt or anywhere else...I started to question this.... And now i see i am correct to do do

I saw an ad on Facebook that said Dick's sporting goods had Birkenstocks on sale for 19.99. I clicked the link and it took me to what looked like a legit website and I bought a pair. The email confirmation came from "Dickssportinggoods-us" and had an option to look at order details, but the link was broken.

There was an add on facebook showing that dicks sports goods had a sale on Stanley cups for $19 and if you bought more than one you got an additional discount. When you pulled up the page it looked like dicks website. In the comment section of the post there were hundreds of people commenting on how they received their cups. I received an email that appeared to be directly from Stanley cups with tracking information. The tracking website looked a bit odd but I didn't think anything of it. The website was track718.us. I placed this order on May 21st. On 6/3/23 I emailed them asking about the tracking because nothing had been updated. They stated they could see the tracking and sent me the information again and it showed that it was transit from China. I figured I would give it a couple of days/weeks to see if anything changed. Today I checked and I could no longer get on the tracking information and the website when I click on it is now showing Marc Jacobs. The website address however is not Marc Jacobs but phoebeh.online. I had already thought maybe I was being scammed but was given the benefit of the doubt, but today confirmed it. I did not catch that when I initially ordered it that the actual website address more than likely was not dicks sporting goods.

I saw an ad on Facebook that was branded as Dick's Sporting Goods, selling Stanley cups on sale. I purchased two cups for a total of $29.99. I received a receipt confirmation with tracking number. About a month later I realized I never received the product and checked the tracking. It shows it was delivered to Florida and I live in North Carolina. I found an email on the original receipt confirmation email and emailed to ask for a refund as my product was delivered incorrectly. We went back and forth, in broken English, and our conversation was left as - "Hi, We will contact the warehouse to check whether there is a wrong shipment. Please wait patiently for 3-5 business day." This was on May 5, 2023. This is obviously a scam and I'm sure there are hundred of others in the same boat. They also now have my banking information.

There was an Ad on Facebook for Stanley 40 oz cups, buy 2 for $30. The ad used the logo for Dick’s Sporting Goods. This gave me confidence that it was legitimate. I received confirmation with a tracking number. For a while the tracking was in Chinese, when it arrived in the US it indicated that it was delivered to Alaska. I emailed them and they said they were checking into it. I followed up 2 weeks later and they said they were still trying to find it. My daughter also ordered one of these, and the same thing happened to her, her cup was delivered to someone in Arkansas. I have asked for my money back. But have had no luck.

Scammer is posing as Dick’s Sporting Goods. I purchased a set of discounted dumbells (who’s the dumbell?) I contacted their customer service email to cancel transaction (3X) , they have yet to respond.
