Please be sdvised, I am using most of the comments someone else shared because the exact thing happened to me.

Originally saw a post on TIKTOK for clothing items on sale from online website called DESYARNIC.COM. Later went to check if there was a real website and found it. All clothing items were on sale figured it was a clothing manufacture trying off load their inventory with huge sale prices. I purchased 13 items totaling $45.00 and paid with a CashApp card. Received an email later that day that my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number and could be tracked on Track718, which is a online global tracking platform that supposedly can track packages from any shipping carrier. I tracked my package and got suspicious when the package was updated that it had arrived after 2 weeks later at US Customs in Los Angeles and cleared customs but did report the update that the package was transferred over to a US shipper i.e. USPS, DHL or FedEX when it cleared customs. The updated info was still the original shipper from China. After 32 days of package being in transit the tracking platform updated the package as DELIVERED and the city and zip code where I lived was included with the update. I never received the package that this tracking platform indicates. I checked with neighbors, check everywhere on my front property if it was thrown up onto my driveway, under and on top of bushes. Nothing. I contacted the seller thru the website chat message. I told them that I hadn't received my order even though the tracking platform states that it was delivered. They said they would send a second shipment to replace the items but again, waited a month and tracking showed it had been delivered. Never got it. I again messaged them and asked for a refund and had several back and forth chat messages from their customer service team and they offered me 50% and 70% refund, I refused to take a partial refund for items that I never received. I told them that I wanted 100% refund for an order that they faked being shipped with a tracking number that was fake. 3 days ago they finally said they were going to process the refund but it would take 25 days! Attempted to go back to the website fir refund update and their entire site is completely gone. If you are them pop up again, BE WARNED OF THIS WEBSITE; Desyarnic.com The prices are too good to be true!

I made a purchase from them, got a tracking number, It was over 30 days i still haven't received my package. I contacted the so called company, they say it was delivered, i never received it. They had the wrong zip code , gave them the right zip code, they mailed out my order again, tracking number says delivered, was not delivered to my house or neighbors. I contacted them again, they wanted to refund mr 70% of my refund. NO i want my whole refund. They won't share with me who supposedly delivered it. Sent them another email saying I want my refund, i get email back stating my refund has failed and they will try again. This is bull. I will dispute thru my bank. Beware of this company. SCAM

I purchased 10 items totaling $44.53 and paid with a Venmo Debit Mastercard. Received an email later that day that my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number ************** and could be tracked on Track718, which is a online global tracking platform that supposedly can track packages from any shipping carrier. I tracked my package and got suspicious when the package was updated that it had arrived after 2 weeks later at US Customs in Los Angeles and cleared customs by did report the update that the package was transferred over to a US shipper i.e. USPS, DHL or FedEX when it cleared customs. The updated info was still the original shipper from China. After 32 days of package being in transit the tracking platform updated the package as DELIVERED and the city and zip code where I lived was included with the update. I never received the package that this tracking platform indicates. I checked with neighbors, check everywhere on my front property if it was thrown up onto my driveway, under and on top of bushes. Nothing. So, I got busy tracking down this shipper and tracking number. Found out that this tracking number is associated with USPS for Covid-19 tests shipment that might be delayed by the manufactures. That there are similar shipping companies with HYD i.e. HYD Logistics, HYDO, HYD Express that have HYD in the tracking number. All of these HYD shipping companies have tracking and the tracking number I had was not found by any of them. I contacted the seller thru the website chat message. I told them that I hadn't received my order even though the tracking platform states that it was delivered. I insisted they provide me proof of shipping details and copy of the customs forms. They never produced this information. I had several back and forth chat messages from their customer service team and they offered me 50% and 70% refund, I refused to take a partial refund for items that I never received. I told them that I wanted 100% refund for an order that they faked being shipped with a tracking number that was fake. 3 days ago they finally said they were going to process the refund but it would take 25 days! I told them that they shouldn't try to hold out and delay the refund because of timelines of when I can try to dispute the charge with the bank card. I will be surprised if I am refunded. I'm even more surprised I was able to communicate with this seller maybe it was a AI chat bot. BE WARNED OF THIS WEBSITE; Desyarnic.com The prices are too good to be true!
