I paid the smoke cantina .com $175 dollars for a delivery that was supposed to be 20-30 minutes 2 days ago never got the delivery and now no one picks up the phone and the email does not exist anymore it was advertised on Google search and I still haven’t heard back from the company it’s a scam you can’t leave a review all the reviews are probably fake it should be reported because I may not be the only one sincerely yours ******* *********

Reached me through an ad on instagram selling punch needle kits. I trusted the site because I saw reviews at first glance, but I didn't think to check for other suspicious things about the website until after purchasing. A few things I noticed: very new website, no instagram page despite being advertised on instagram, linked to a facebook page that didn't match the shop name, non-working support email, mispellings on the site, a comment of work being stolen from an artist, a very low order number (0000700) and the site being outdated with Christmas sales. When I emailed them for a refund after not receiving shipment notices for a week, the email failed to deliver.

I placed an order for product in their website on 12/30/2022. They confirmed receipt of the order. They have not shipped the order. I have sent in two inquiries they will not reply. I looked at their instagram page. On every post there are lots of people reporting the same exact issue. It appears they are just accepting $$ with no follow through or communication of shipment.

Company advertised on Facebook. Never received my item. I have sent numerous emails which they reply, “the item is in transit”. I keep asking for the shipping info but they just reply they have confirmed it s on its way. Two months I have been told it’s in transit

On December 22, 2022 the owner LaStarr posted a game for sale my assumption was that the games were already made because of her two week policy so I ordered one and also asked if she could make some personalized dominos she agreed with the promise to have the order ready for Christmas eve. I asked her multiple times was this something that could be done with such short notice she said it could, fast forward to today I don't have the dominos or my money and she blocked me from social media.

I purchased 2 items off this site. For my daughter and myself. The company took my money and didn't send my items. I have contacted the business through Email I did get a

response. She said she was having trouble with her vendor but she was taking care of the orders and getting them out a.s.a.p. After that communication decease. And my items has never even been shipped. Do Not purchase from this company.

They advertise on Instagram, my order was “active” for two months and then suddenly when I checked again today my order was delivered on Nov 25 but I never received it. I also never received any response when I emailed their support email. Their tracking is super vague and doesn’t highlight locations

Ordered an ornament in early November 2022. Was notified on this date: 2022-11-11 02:43:59UTC that shipment was processed in Enna,94100,Italy. The shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin.

Payment came out of my credit card on November 9, 2022.

The last message I received: 2022-12-08 03:47:56UTC

Fayetteville,72704,United States, The shipment is in transit in the country of United States.

I have notified the company that there has been no update on item The shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin on 11/11/22 (9203359910320233344 is tracking number)

This is the tracking number I was given: 9203359910320233344. Even though requesting update, nothing for 2.5 weeks.

I'm getting many of such e-mails. I'm now describing one I received on November 11, 2022. I never respond to such e-mails. I delete immediately. But the numbers of these e-mails is increasing weekly.

Received a call from a person asking about a delivery on Monday, if Monday would be a good day to delivery a package. Then asked for phone number of house owner and my phone number so they could let us know when the package would be delivered
