I found their website "Florida Nursery" through an ad on Facebook. They are selling rare plants for a cheap price.

I went to their website "https://floridanurseryx.com/" and it looked extremely professional and legit. They had a lot of fake reviews and even showed a photo of their location on google maps (which turned out to be a different shop that they're just impersonating).

The photo showed a shop named Florida Nursery Mart and the location was in Florida.

I didn't check their location to confirm if it was really them, and just ordered 2 plants right away, which was a huge mistake on my part. I spent $58.75 on the 2 plants and used a debit card to order. I chose Fedex as the shipping option.

I received an email confirmation of my order from them so I thought they were real.

The next day, I emailed them asking when they were going to ship my order and they told me a date which was 3 days from then. But their reply seemed very unprofessional.

One of the reviews on their website said that they were very communicative and even sent pictures of the plants. So I emailed them again to ask them for more pictures of the plants that I ordered but they never replied.

I got worried that time so I reverse image searched their photos on their website and all of them were from other websites. Clearly they had just been using photos of other websites so I checked the location that they had on their website. It turned out to be a completely different store and they were just impersonating it. I contacted that store "Florida Nursery Mart" and asked them if they were affiliated with the website "https://floridanurseryx.com/". They told me that they are in no way connected to that site and that they are just being impersonated.

After days of them not replying to my emails, they suddenly sent me a tracking number for a USPS shipment showing that the parcel was shipped from Janesville Wisconsin. I have no doubt it is a fake shipment as their website says that they ship directly from Davie, Florida and the shipping courier I chose was Fedex.

I have reported the website floridanurseryx to shopify (the hosting website) but upto now they have not taken any actions against the scam shop.

I paid for product on August 25 and it is now Sept 12 and I still have not gotten product. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and still nothing

I purchased a paid of runners sneakers on roadrunninghub. I didnt receive a shipping confirm and became suspicious and have tried to reach them via their customer service and have not received a response. The email given was bogus as well as the phone number. Please help

Urban Contrive (formerly urban grailed) has a presence on IG and shows great clothing and appears to be a legit business. I purchased items in May 2024 using PayPal as the payment method, got an email confirmation and never heard from them again. I attempted to email multiple times over the next month or two and heard nothing so finally filed a complaint thru PayPal. During this time they changed their business name to Urban Contrive. Someone finally responded via the PayPal dispute channel, claimed my order had been lost and then stated it would be sent.

On Aug 11 I got an email saying my order had shipped with a link to some tracking site that I’ve never heard of called CJPacket. The tracking has never updated to show anything shipped and no one is responding to any inquiries once again.

I escalated the issue thru PayPal and they found in my favor. Do not buy from this company.

After purchase no communication from seller. I looked up the site in google and found it is a SCAM site.

I went to purchase 7 products from their website. I created a login and password, I added the items to my cart. I click to pay and thought there would be an option to pay by credit card but there was not. I was then emailed with invoice receipt, asking for payment through Zelle. The costs of products was $140 and the email was asking for $25 for shipping , for a total of $165. I sent the $165 by zelle and then received another email stating that I need to update my shipping info with a phone number to receive info about shipping. A few days passed, I received no tracking info. I contacted the both emails requesting an update on shipping status. They get back to me via text, saying there was a mix up with shipping. Then I was contacted by a company called Prioritytransdelivery.com, telling me I need to pay them $115 to insured my package from psychobars.com. I text the number from pyschobars about why do I have to pay additional money, they text back it's for insurance. I text back this is a scam and pyschobars never responded.

I Originally ordered a leaf grabber from a company in Hartford Ct. called JBM Design LLC , it turns out this company is no longer in business, but someone in Gilbertville Ma using name leaf lifter took my money , I used my bank card, and never sent any product or anything, this happened on june 26 2024.

Purchased online October 6, 2023, charge came up as Pollingpul* ecommerce www.pullingpu TX merchant type. Email was sent, very descriptive, every step of the delivery was sent, from cargo, custom clearance, abroad the seas, arrival at port etc. Purchased a hoodie. The confirmation website was Pollingpulse charge, but I can't remember the initial website. They replied by email and text and had me updated where the hoodie was coming from, when it crossed customs, out at sea, in the ports and out to be delivered by EMS. Not sure what EMS is but it is now July 15, 2024 and nobody has returned my calls or email. Was originally to be delivered in January, 2024 . . . Buyer Beware

Introduced to ICPT apparel by owner, Brian Sibley. Went to Shopify and ordered apparel in May. Paid for order through my bank debit card. Never received merchandise. Sent multiple emails and text messages to owner. No response. No way to report scam to Shopify.

Ordered a game advertised on Facebook as a Father’s Day deal (freeball). Never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. “Customer service” didn’t get back to me until I emailed them a second time. Claimed it shipped from Hong Kong and gave me a tracking number from a weird company. 1 month later they claim it was delivered and was most likely stolen which isn’t their fault and can offer a 30% refund. The package was not stolen. It was never delivered. Total scam.

I made a purchase from an advertisement that appeared on Instagram for an expandable monitor, I bought it in this business and it turned out to be a scam, I write to them and they don't respond and when I threatened to go to the police, they removed the website from the server.

I attempted to purchase a sofa sectional on Facebook marketplace for $320. First they asked for payment via VENMO under the name Alicia Robinson @Alicia36w, but I couldn't send it. Then, they gave me an email, [email protected] that didn't work. Then I went to Apple Wallet and paid the $320 to phone number (810) 671-1172 transaction # 0b60b19a98b2. They never delivered my couch.

The scammer posted a listing on facebook marketplace for a camera and said he could only ship. Every time he messaged me back he said he was at the post office and tried to video chat with em. He then said his messages on Facebook marketplace wasnt working so we communicated through imessage, from where he used 2 different emails and a phone number to text me. He said i could pay him half and then he would send me the tracking and then i had to pay the other half, and the tracking number needed time to process. It never did. He sent me pictures and videos of him shipping it also, which were probably taken from someone else.

I ordered name brand , luxury purses and wallets at a cheap price from DHgate.com but never received the tracking information or product. However they did charge my account but using a different website and email information and I only know this because of what’s on my credit card statement . http://speed-information.com/ is what shows up on my credit card account .

This company offered a trial period of hair oil for 99 cents plus shipping $4.99. I paid and never received yesterday I was charged $44.17 for a subscription that I never authorized and I emailed because I have not received my order and when I seen that they took money from my account yesterday I called and emailed them and still have not gotten any response yet phone or email
