I bought a product from this company. A Christmas ornament organizer. I kept getting conflicting shipping information. Eventually the product showed shipped from China and sent to an address that is not mine. It took over a month. The website said it would ship in 3-5 days from California. It said there was insurance if damaged or not received. When I did not receive it, I requested a refund. They refused. Said it would cost them too much. I am disputing this with my credit card.

I placed an order. They provided a wrong tracking number in December.

Then they said they had problems with tracking .I have sent them many emails. Now they say they have too many orders and they are trying.they refuse to tell me why ?

Ordered cups. No confirmation email of the order was received.

No product received. Their response to a dispute via credit card company yielded a USPS tracking number for a package never received.

No invoice or order number was supplied.

I was trying to order a pair of rain boots from the muck boot company, and I paid for the boots with Paypal and tried to contact Muk boot Company through the customer service on their website four times and have gotten no reply and have not even gotten a confirmation email or my boots. I have taken screenshots of all pertinent information.

it was an online purchase of shoes originally created by two different companies, Hello Kitty/Sanrio and Bapesta. Ember Creation was supposed to be an online resell business. However, when I purchased the shoes, it was told to me that after 10 to 15 business days I would get confirmation of my package being delivered or shipped and that they will contact me but they never did even after I contacted them multiple times they never reached out to me. I reached out to them on their Instagram account that used to be @embercreation but recently they changed the account to @conceptsupply after they were being called out by myself, and a bunch of other customers who also said they were scammed. I tried to contact them through their Tiktok account @ember.ny which is where I saw that other people got scammed by them and they still haven’t answered. I contacted them through email multiple times one of their emails wouldn’t even accept my message being sent to them. I contacted them through their phone number by text and by call by call they wouldn’t answer and especially wouldn’t pick up it would immediately hang up on me and I couldn’t leave a voice message either because apparently their voice box was full. There was another number on the website and it is not even usable, It’s not a valid phone number. These people have been scamming dozens of customers who wasted hundreds of dollars on thinking they were going to get a new pair shoes and instead they just got scammed and these people won’t say anything about it and they continue to keep promoting their fraudulent business which uses the logos of those other companies and the actual names of them and then don’t even sell the product.

The scammer started off as communicating that the order was placed, dispatched, and on it's way to my address but the tracking information showed that the order was "lost" somewhere and was in some post office in the U.S. No one would email me back after repeated attempts to search for a result and the phone number would disconnect as soon as I placed the call to directly talk with a human being.

I purchased a lip balm via Facebook. Charge went through in November. Suddenly in January and now Feb they are charging me for some "club" that I definitely did NOT sign up for.

I ordered a chair from this business on October 19, 2023. After inquiring many times about a late dlivery for the product I received many apologies and a promise the product would ship ASAP. None of that ocurred and when I asked to cancel the order they offered a $100 rebate (which I did receive) and said they would ship "soon".

Fast track to January 2, 2024 when I finally asked to cancel the order and get a full refund. They said they would process this ASAP. To this date I have neither received any chair nor any refunds. This company are obviously out to scam people and run a shady business model. I would like to make other people aware of this so they do not run into the same problem as I did. The ScamPulse.com should also look further into this company and make other consumers aware of this scam.

Hello, I tried to use San Francisco Gift Baskets to order a basket to be delivered. The payment went through, but when I tried to find out a delivery date- everything turned out to be fake. The numbers listed on the site are disconnected, go to medical scams for the elderly, or just random people, and none of the links work. I have disputed the charge with my bank- so hopefully that solves that, but obviously I'd like to see other people prevented from being scammed too. Thank you for your time.

A fake Facebook account (Reid N Tawan Lunk) was selling truck parts. I bought them for $500. He then sent me a tracking number to this globalshippimgmails.com. The site said they accepted the package. Then they emailed me saying they would not send my package( which they had already moved 600 miles) unless I paid $300 for a "refundable" insurance. It had to be paid through Zelle at the email "[email protected]". Of course, if I didn't pay this, then they would charge another hundred to store the package. Then I tried to video chat with the seller, and conveniently his video camera was broken and he was trying to fake a southern accent when he "grew up" and "lived" in Noth Dakota. But he let his Indian accent slip a few times. I then requested the business address and licence number of the shipping company to which I got no reply.

The website sold me a product for $128.00 but used a shady carrier, Global Suncoast Logistics, who demanded another $300 in order to have my purchase delivered. It appears they are in cahoots.

I ordered two necklaces and two pairs of earrings on Dec 15 from mintandlily.com and never received my order. I contacted them via email and the first couple times I wrote they responded and offered me a refund or to talk to FedEx to reroute the package. I responded and asked for a refund. No response. I followed up via email three more times - no response. I took to their instagram page and blasted them and got immediate responses telling me they’d fix it and to send them a message over instagram. I did that - twice - no response. This company has no address, no phone number and is taking money from people. If you look at comments everyone says the same thing - they take money and never send anything. This company is a scam and I would love to see them shut down to avoid anyone else going through what I’ve experienced.

I purchased (2) boxes of (12) each dimmers for $85.90 plus shipping $10.99 for a total of $96.89 on 12/19/23. Items were never received. Bank statement shows Signapore on transaction. Address is in a neighborhood. Email address is not existent and the phone number provided is a NY, USA phone number that has been disconnected.

Emailed him about a product on his page. After confirming the product i ordered. Weeks went by didnt receive the products and emailed asking for eta or tracking and he messaged saying a part was out of stock till January. I waited two months and re ordered same thing weeks gone by had to email asking where my parts are with no reply. Finally a reply of return the products and he will refund ive asked for shipping and proof he sent them with no response. He gives no address or phone number

Placed order, got a receipt but no tracking. Called & emailed but contacts are false. Phone number goes to Dyana Research co., email fails. PayPal notified, shows funds paid to RedRobinBurgersInc. Address is a house on a golf course community in Bodega Bay. Sonoma County business does have any records of BoziShop or RedRobinBurgers.

Ordered a pair of ski gloves from www.storetennisshoes.com received an order confirmation email from [email protected] as well as a text both explaining that the shipment will take time. The credit card charge went to CHATCRAFTPIXEL.COM, both messages (email and text) stated that the charge will appear as CHATCRAFTPIXEL.COM. It's all bogus, item never delivered.

The ad popped up on Instagram and when clicked on it directed me to the zeusw website. This website appears to be legit and has many products. However it declares your order will ship in 2 days and it took a month and a half. Even provided a tracking number for me and answered my questions thru their support department emails. I was tracking a fake product and they made off with my personal information and money.

Site had a registered trademark logo. Order was made, tried to cancel, but number on order did not yield a contact. Clicked on link in site about orders and get the same response: order was shipped, delivered and signed for, but I tell them that I have received nothing and neither has my postal carrier. It’s me and the postal carrier against them. I opened a credit card dispute with Citibank. They investigated but since the merchant says it was ordered, that was done. Registered trademark for one company, no product delivery, money lost, and the site indicates no where that the charge will appear on the credit card statement as something other than what they advertise as. It appeared as OVIMANI CENTENNIAL CO on my bank statement which sells clothing apparently. I have been back and forth with Citibank. Fraud protection I guess really isn’t everything I thought it was.
