I Originally ordered a leaf grabber from a company in Hartford Ct. called JBM Design LLC , it turns out this company is no longer in business, but someone in Gilbertville Ma using name leaf lifter took my money , I used my bank card, and never sent any product or anything, this happened on june 26 2024.

Purchased online October 6, 2023, charge came up as Pollingpul* ecommerce www.pullingpu TX merchant type. Email was sent, very descriptive, every step of the delivery was sent, from cargo, custom clearance, abroad the seas, arrival at port etc. Purchased a hoodie. The confirmation website was Pollingpulse charge, but I can't remember the initial website. They replied by email and text and had me updated where the hoodie was coming from, when it crossed customs, out at sea, in the ports and out to be delivered by EMS. Not sure what EMS is but it is now July 15, 2024 and nobody has returned my calls or email. Was originally to be delivered in January, 2024 . . . Buyer Beware

Introduced to ICPT apparel by owner, Brian Sibley. Went to Shopify and ordered apparel in May. Paid for order through my bank debit card. Never received merchandise. Sent multiple emails and text messages to owner. No response. No way to report scam to Shopify.

Ordered a game advertised on Facebook as a Father’s Day deal (freeball). Never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. “Customer service” didn’t get back to me until I emailed them a second time. Claimed it shipped from Hong Kong and gave me a tracking number from a weird company. 1 month later they claim it was delivered and was most likely stolen which isn’t their fault and can offer a 30% refund. The package was not stolen. It was never delivered. Total scam.

I made a purchase from an advertisement that appeared on Instagram for an expandable monitor, I bought it in this business and it turned out to be a scam, I write to them and they don't respond and when I threatened to go to the police, they removed the website from the server.

I attempted to purchase a sofa sectional on Facebook marketplace for $320. First they asked for payment via VENMO under the name Alicia Robinson @Alicia36w, but I couldn't send it. Then, they gave me an email, [email protected] that didn't work. Then I went to Apple Wallet and paid the $320 to phone number (810) 671-1172 transaction # 0b60b19a98b2. They never delivered my couch.

The scammer posted a listing on facebook marketplace for a camera and said he could only ship. Every time he messaged me back he said he was at the post office and tried to video chat with em. He then said his messages on Facebook marketplace wasnt working so we communicated through imessage, from where he used 2 different emails and a phone number to text me. He said i could pay him half and then he would send me the tracking and then i had to pay the other half, and the tracking number needed time to process. It never did. He sent me pictures and videos of him shipping it also, which were probably taken from someone else.

I ordered name brand , luxury purses and wallets at a cheap price from DHgate.com but never received the tracking information or product. However they did charge my account but using a different website and email information and I only know this because of what’s on my credit card statement . http://speed-information.com/ is what shows up on my credit card account .

This company offered a trial period of hair oil for 99 cents plus shipping $4.99. I paid and never received yesterday I was charged $44.17 for a subscription that I never authorized and I emailed because I have not received my order and when I seen that they took money from my account yesterday I called and emailed them and still have not gotten any response yet phone or email

Scammer set up a site claiming to sell neautropics candy. After placing an order, I was given an email to Zelle, which I did. This followed with another email asking for $360 for “stamps” to ship the candy. This was not disclosed on the website

On the website all sneakers were listed as $19.99 due to surplus of inventory. I got charged $28.95 twice on January 28 2024. 4 months later still no shoes. I contacted the seller and were told my shoes were delivered. Then Belle said their courier made a mistake., she then said wait 5 days , wait another 10 days for delivery.4 months and 15 days later including multiple emails later no snswer from the seller

The ad on facebook advertised clearance garden items from Tractor Supply. I order them and received a receipt. The tracking has been stuck on package handed to carrier for awhile. I emailed the customer service address and they replied we sorry we didn’t find your order. The telephone number is missing a digit so can’t call. Looks like China from the email.
