I placed an order for the vacuum on July 22, 2025 for $49.99. I initially an inquired email on 8/9. I received a response asking of I would give 10 days as the item had been shipped. After the 10 days, I contacted back and was offerend 50% refund and told the vacuum was still on it's way. I was told I would not need to return once received, however, it has never shown up and shows as delivered in my shop app.

Attempted to order an aqualaze lounger

3-5 business day Delivery. Was sent tracking from a company in china. Says item was delivered and it’s been 45 days. Emailed support a month ago that’s when they said it had been shipped. Now they don’t answer and phone is disconnected and store has been removed from Shopify

Ordered an item on there website and was charged the amount of the product. Was able to track the package for awhile but now everything is gone.

On August 11,2025 I purchased an electric bike from Cybx through an add on Facebook. I lost $226.00 on the order from their website cybx.store. After 24 hours from completing the transaction I received an email regarding the order I placed including tracking number. Every day I check the status of the order and for the most part I see it being processed. 11 days after placing the order the shipment arrived to Hong kong then the store or the website disappeared and it gives an error like” this connection is not private.this website maybe impersonating Cybx.store….”

I email the seller at [email protected] and it has been 10 day and so far heard nothing.
