The original total was 41.45, they later changed the total on PayPal to charge me a total of 47.66 from BestCandyShop.com. I have emailed 7 times, two different emails including [email protected], couldn't find a phone number. The last time I was able to log into my account with them my order said pending payment, which I have attached images to show my CC statement showing I have paid. Since I have sent emails I have not been able to log in or change my password. When I go to check if my email is set up for an account on their website it says that my email has an account. I have no access to my account on their website, I'm out my money, I have no product that I purchased and I have no communication. I would please like a refund.

First sign I should have noticed from BestCandyShop.com, their contact email is a gmail account. When I sent in a follow up email to [email protected], I of course got the mailer daemon saying every email account on the website is not a valid email account. The charge for $88 was for "HONGKONGJIN" and I was sent an email for my package, but the origin was in Paris. Another red flag. Of course the tracking says there was a problem in the destination city, and then the tracking website stopped working a few days later.

SO MANY red flags, don't fall for it like I did.

https://www.bestcandyshop.com/ Is not real site. Confirmation payment email comes from PayPal with different merchant name on it [email protected] to where payment went. Online order issues email comes from Go Easy Mart/Easy Go Mart customer service at [email protected] for days after order placed to try to get you to pay more money stating issue with your cart and offering discount to pay again after payment already processed. These emails stop after payment clears your account. Fake order number and tracking number for FedEx provided. No goods shipped and no way to track. No one responds to any emails. All a scam.
