I purchased a couch from them through TikTok and they promised to deliver it but for over a month since August I received nothing but excuses about the delivery truck. Now they refuse to give me a refund.

Claims to be selling "Boneless Couches". I placed my order on July 13th. Uses the name "CozyaHome", but when tracking or contacting them, uses the email "help@supporthelp". After MANY emails, this order has been "delayed", "returned to warehouse", "failed delivery attempt", "road blockage, sent back to delivery hub", and, today (8/18/26): "delayed by customs".

This is a fraudulent company, and will give you a runaround, but WILL respond to complaints, attempting to assure you they're working on the problem. They're not.

Saw the ad on Tik Tok and thought it be wonderful to have the couch for such a low price. Unfortunately for me, they are continuing to email me about the supposed couch they are supposed to deliver. They have issue after issue with "gate codes, entry issues into a complex, truck broke down, etc. I give up, I should never have believed a couch was that little.

On TikTok, cozyahome advertised a couch for $9.99. I ordered it on July 12, 2026, and I still don't have it, but I do have 2 fraudulent charges for $69.99.

Cozyahome advertised on tiktok for window air conditioner for $49. I ordered one and never got it. Their customer service was [email protected]. When I contacted them about my order not being received. They kept saying that there was a delay in shipped. This went on for two months. When they finally said it was delivered it was not delivered. I never got my order. Buyer beware.

I saw a "boneless cloud couch" on TikTok for $10. Well, I decided to order 2. I should have known it was a read flag due to their being no comments on the post AND the price. I reached out after a month now of receiving nothing. First it said that an attempt was made and no one was home, then the drivers vehicle broke down, now it says wrong access code to building. I LIVE IN A HOUSE! I've reached out through email a dozen times and they either ignore me or send me back saying they are looking into it. Meanwhile I'm finding out this is happening to everyone else who has ordered from them.
