I tried to purchase a lotion for my daughter to treat a skin condition. During checkout there were aggressive popups and I thought I ordered an additional bottle at a discount. Instead of two bottles, it made it three bottles. I tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes. The website says that you are able to cancel within the hour. The order was not cancelled. Once received, I tried to return the items for a refund. They offered me a 20% discount or a refund. When I said refund, they gave me an address in China to return the product to. As you can determine, it would be highly cost prohibitive. I asked for a USA address and they said it had to be returned to the place it was shipped from. It was shipped from New Jersey. When I mentioned that, they said it still had to be returned to China. They are using a CHINA address to force people to keep their product. I also asked to have my request escalated, but they won't let me talk to anyone else.

They offer a bottle of skin care and immediately sign you up for a subscription that you cannot get out of and cannot contact them except an email which they do not respond
