I ordered a lap desk pillow (should have come with a free additional pillow per their website) from Coolooo.com (which also operates on Amazon). I attempted to reach out to them multiple times via email at [email protected] and in multiple ways with no response. When the order came, it was a washcloth. I lost $50.00 on this order from the company based in the USA.
