Reported 50% discount on internet and phone services. Given PROMO code but to activate must use Apple gift card for $300. First card failed so said would refund money within 24 hrs if activated a new card for $500. This card failed and said needed another card but from different store. Threated that if did not pay services would be cancelled and bill sent to collection

Voicemail was a total of 32 seconds. This is the message transcribed by Apple Voicemail:

"Hi, this is Comcast Xfinity. Your 50% discount on your monthly bill will be deactivated today unless confirmed. To keep this rate active, please call the number displayed on your caller ID immediately. Thank you."

I do not currently pay for any Comcast/Xfinity services.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

They had access to my Xfinity account. The scam said I could knock my bill down to 79.99 a month if I paid 5 months in advance. It’s supposed to be a Target promotion. I was to buy a gift card for $400 and call the billing office to pay the amount. The office said they would get an error when trying to apply the money. When I started to accuse them of a scam they threatened to assess an over $900 fine. That’s when I hung up.
