I called this company to make an appointment to get an estimate to repair a chimney in my building, the appointment was set for April 24, 2025, from 10Am to 3 PM. When I called for an appointment the lady answered the phone never said that will be a fee for that visit, when the technician was time to live he said he have a service code for me I responded I don't need a service code he replayed, yes you do because if you don't pay me my office will charge me for your fee, he call his office, he make me wait for more than 30 minutes and he went without of my building and he didn't let me know his intensions for living the site, I went out to the street looking for him and he was in his truck he invite me to open the truck door and he has the truck radio on Bluetooth high Volumen and was a women voice plus a man voice on the radio in a conversation the technician ask me that if that is my voice I said no he reset the voice I can recognized the women answered my initial call and she mention is 165 dollars fee they used AI to set my voice saying ok I remember clearly that she never mentioned a is a fee at any moment when I request for an appointment. After I declined to pay they start sending me text's several times after several collecting messages the last one said: how you're setting this fee. that was the last text I received from them and some several phone call from diferent telephone numbers that I never answered.
