I ordered 120.00 dollars worth of clothing though their Torrid website. Continuelly checked the tracking info , items were insured never received! Contacted the delivery company, no help and than contacted Chicscc. They claimed the items were delivered and signed for. Never Delivered! Never produced any verification of delivery with signature. Demanded a full refund, and they went into " times are tough economically" offered a 30% refund, unacceptable! Than a 50% refund, and than a last offer of 70%. Still no prove of delivery and they claimed a problem with their delivery choose. All excuses are UNACCEPTABLE!

There was an advertisement on Facebook for Torrid having a sale. You got 10 items for $40. After making my purchase, my order confirmation email came from a website that was not torrid, and i was immediately confused. I went back to the website, it still said Torrid. However i failed to realize the url was not Torrids url. Clearly a scam. I was already out $50 so i decided to see what would happen. I got a tracking number and the website was fake, however when i put the tracking number into a different international tracking websits it turned out to be a real tracking number. What it was tracking? I have no clue. It finally said delivered exactly 32 days after purchase, which is what the "company" website says for shipping. Odd. I obviously did not receive anything and immediately emailed the company. I have been going back and forth. I asked for a refund, they offered me a 30% refund, then a 50% refund. This is clearly not how real businesses operate, so please pay attention to every detail before losing money.

Found an ad on Facebook where Torrid was having a sale and you could buy 10 items for 5 dollars each. I clicked on the page and it took me to the website with Torrid clothing and i selected items and paid online with my credit card. I realized when the tracking number provided said it didnt exist that it was a probable scam. I emailed the address the website provided and they kept saying the process was delayed due to international shipping. They also gave me phony tracking info i couldnt pull up myself. I then informed them i would be reporting them
