Sold a supposedly tech support to 82 year old (my Mom). $2995.00 for 3 years then they called her insisted they needed to change her ip on computer within a few minutes they charged several charges adding up to over $2000. In a matter of minutes. Thank God my sister called me so I went immediately to her house and shut everything down. Computer history shows that they was in her Sam's card account. We are in process of getting all credit cards changed.

Computershut down and said to call a specific number, he called that number and they said to fix it cost around 299 and then sold him lifetime network security for 1700
