I got scammed out of $48.94 winter boots for women. I never got my purchase. I tried call, but the number don't even exist. I even tried to email, but no reply back from this company. I don't know where their located. This is a professional website, you wouldn't think that this website would scam people. I really hope these people get caught. They have no concious about what they are doing to people.

Ordered winter boots and never received my order. Tried emailing them, but no reply back. I also tried calling them, but the number that they gave wasn't valid. This is called a professional scamer. They website look professional, but they are some crooks taking people hard earn money to benefit themselves. Don't nobody have money to give away like that. This just a reminder for me to start doing my research before purchasing no matter how professional it looks. It's just money lost smh. I really hope they get caught.

The website company advertises shoes of various types and styles and has been known to offer purchases to major companies such as Amazon. However, in dealing with this company , my order was placed and the monies taken out immediately and it's been a month already and no shoes have arrived. I cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service. One phone line is not in service and there are no replies to email. I have read of other reviews placed by customers and they are all stating that the monies were taken and no deliveries made.

Ordered shoes thru website on 4/16 which stated product would ship 24-48 hours. No email confirmation or updates were ever sent even though they charged my account immediately. Waited 2 weeks, then emailed. Still no response. Called phone number on site and it only goes to voice mail. This website should be forced down or have some type of warning from ScamPulse.com stating it’s fraudulent.

I ordered a pair sandals for the amount of $38.94 on 4/8/21. I received an email saying my order had shipped 4/9/21. Order #**********************************. Long tracking number. On April 20th I email them on the email I received asking where my shoes were. No response. I went on the website to get an address or phone #. Clicked on their website and called the number listed, both not in service. No other way to contact the company.

I ordered these sandals online thru their website. It stated within 24 hours it would send tracking number along with order number. I received both but the tracking number is not valid. I have tried to call ( goes straight to voicemail) and emailed 3 times so far. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this company. I’ll probably never get my money back which is bull%#@%#. This company should NOT be allowed to screwing people over. I’m not the first and I’m sure I won’t be the last

After receiving numerous emails daily from Casual Comfort Sandals, I finally ordered shoes from them. The charge posted on my credit card account on 6/20/20. I placed my order on their website, https://casualcomfortsandal.com/. I got an email from them on 7/1/20 telling me that my order was on its way and to allow 14 to 21 days from the date on that email to receive my order. They said that I can track my order with the tracking number provided on www.17track.net. I never got a tracking number. I have an order number that does not help me find out anything about my order. The hyperlinks to their "Refund", "Privacy", and "Terms of service" only displays an error. I have sent emails to them about my order, but I have never received a response. I clicked every hyperlink provided to me on their website, but none of them work. I have called their phone number, but it is not a valid number. As of today, October 22, 2020, I still have not received my order. Last week, I clicked the link to stop receiving their emails and they did stop. This company is still sending fraudulent emails to consumers knowing that when you place your order, they take your money and don't send you your order. They took my money and did not send me my order. They're still advertising their shoes. How can they be allowed to do this? I'm doing all I can do to stop them. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I'm hoping this complaint and the other one that I filed will help me get my money back and stop them from taking anyone else's money.
