I purchased a pair of shoes from them. I asked if they could be returned since I wear a small size. They wrote back full refund. After waiting over a month for the shoes they are too big. It took 10 emails to get a response. The response comes back from a trust company website and says they have moved to China and no longer in La. I could whip the shoes to China at my own expense or get ten percent back! Never got even ten percent! They are a scam company who does not stand by their customer service mantra of free returns.

Looking for a comfortable pair of shoes, I came across this site (casualcomfortsandals.com). It looked like a normal site. When the shipping info came up, it was chinese. Had I known this product was coming from china, I never would have ordered. I did receive the shoes from Casual Comfort Sandals which are not worth the price, are not sized properly and smell awful. I have contacted them numerous times by email at [email protected] & phone (714 409-9188; constant busy signal). $35 is a small price to pay as it could have been much worse.

I ordered shoes from this company on 01/31/23. Every time I try to get a shipping update the tracking number link goes nowhere; there is no phone number and when I email their info@ email address, a couple days later I get an email reply stating they have received my order. I don't think it's every coming . . . .

I ordered shoes never got them. I want my money back of $61.44 in the form of a money order. Ordered them on 7-26-2022 that's almost a month now. Very unacceptable. I'm VERY upset & aggravated over this matter. Just give me my money back. If you are taking advantage of people and scamming them out of their money, shame on you. That is a sin and God will take of people like you. What can I say!

I paid for shoes I haven't received yet & it's almost a month. I would like to get my money back of $61.44 in the form of a money order. No way to track order. I got a voice mail message in Mandarin or Cantonese. Says press 1 for English and still speaks Mandarin or Cantonese.
Charged me for 2 sandals and I ordered 1 (funnels deceptive). No tracking on order but bombarded with new order opportunities. This is a scam!

When I went online to look for sandals their site appeared with the type of shoes that I buy.

Their site looked ligit and I made my selection entered my visa, but NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. When I googled their phone number in customer service , it didn't exist. It has been a month now and still no sandals, no way to contact them.

Do not buy from CASUAL COMFORT SANDALS .

It's a fake site !

Purchased a pair, $22 and second pair that i DID NOT order but was charged $35!
I emailed and called to no avail.

How long does it take to shut these people down and prosecute them?

I bought a pair of shoes. Took about a mon th to get delivered and they didn't fit. I have made FOUR email requests for a return label and four onlin requests - NO RESPONSE.

They phone number on thei rwebsite is inoperable!

1. Don't buy these sandals! Their sandals run small and not real size
2. The only phone number listed is 714-409-9188, Recording: the # you have dialed is not in service
3. They will never answer your email ever, they know they got you
4. I only buy using Paypal, they had to answer to them. Funny how quickly they responded.
5. You must ship their sandals to Canada although you purchased in US
it's designed that way, it's nearly $30 to ship goods to Canada.
6. They got me and never again, I'm warning you. Don't buy...

Ordered item. Item made really bad. No return address on website. Called phone. Phone number disconnected. Sent email. Email. No response. Look up on BBB. But phone number out of CA and ScamPulse.com has NY address. All info on product FAQ are those similar to overseas answers.

6 months later same product but new style ad pops up, I call phone, phone still not connected, same email etc.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and all of them were small. I called several times to the 714-409-9188 it was not a good number the email that I sent several times never got a reply.

I bought 6 pairs of sandals they all were delivered a size too small. I sent several emails and calls and it never goes throughl. It is fraud. I will seek further assistance to report this company.

Very unprofessional company , fake phone number, never return email , will never buy again from this company , please do not deal with this unprofessional company , just try to exchange for sizes , but they don’t care customers relationship & return business , sad , never believe chinese own company will do thins like that

I attempted to order one (1) pair of yellow sandals size 9; on checking on my credit card I noticed that I had pending sales of four (4) pairs . After numerous attempts to cancel 3 of the orders I called the number 714 409 9188 and found out this was not a working phone number. At some point I was directed to call 714 409 6188 and this number only got a message to leave a message. I then froze my credit card but am afraid it was too late to stop the fradulent charges. I now seem to have no recourse . What should I do next? I suggest that no one ever try to order sandals from this dishonest company!

Horrible! I tried to order one pair of yellow sandals; somehow now pending on my Discover card are four (4) charges for the same pair of sandals. Called the phone number which is a sham(714 409 9188) No answer. Transactions are still pending on my card. I froze my card but probably the charges are already on there. What do I do next

I ordered a pair of sandals from casual comfort sandals on 3/11/2022 . I never received a receipt or conformation of order . I have yet to receive the merchandise. I paid pay pal via my discover card. I was billed. I tried contacting the phone number but it is disconnected . I tried sending an email but was told the address could not be found. I have disputed the charge with discover.

I do believe casual comfort is a fraud.

No need to write anything because it would be a repetition of all the complaint letters that I have read. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received 3 pairs. It would't be bad if they fitted my feet. But no such luck. So now I am out $68.93. I guess I will try the credit card company and see if they can help me. Will never use this company again. Will put it up on Facebook to warn others that this company is a fraud.
