I got an ad on Instagram and followed the link to purchase the water bottle from Cartrex at cartrex.shop. I out in my info to purchase and was sent confirmation and a tracking link after paying $47.94. Tracking never gave more information than “in transit.” Checked periodically for 5 weeks then website and link no longer exist. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no response.
