I saw a product advertised on facebook. It was a laser engraver. I ordered from the company (Quintin) and a few weeks later I received a small blue bag with a smiley face on it in the mail from a Carrie Bonkiewicz from Queens, NY. I do not know anyone by this name and when looking into the USPS tracking info it lines up with my "tracking info" from my original purchase. I also looked up this person's name online and I see multiple other complaints from people with very similar things happening to them coming from this "Carrie" person. I have sent an email to the company requesting a refund with no reply yet.

Total Fraud

I ordered a transportation product from a Facebook site for $69. Received emails from BFOUTCN with purchase confirmation and tracking information. I tracked the item in China through various locations until it indicated arrival and custom clearance in Los Angeles. It subsequently showed being received in New York and clearing custom there (?). Now it shows being sent back to LA. That made no sense to me.

Yesterday I received a 1st class package containing ear plugs and a Nano Mist Sprayer. As I had never ordered these items, I googled Carrie Bonkiewicz. Discovered a number of individuals with similar or identical stories, including one who also unexpectantly received the same items as I received.

This is a complete scam. I now believe I will never see the item I ordered or the $69 I paid. I feel foolish.

The Pen

Funny thing is, I actually got the merchandise I ordered originally they overcharge me for these pens, but since I bought them through PayPal and filed a complaint, they refunded me the overage. It took forever, but I finally got depends I ordered. Thing is so the initial label had the address above and underneath was a label from China.
I wasn’t really scammed but it is suspicious that they would have to use a fake address to mail it to me. I have seen the name Carrie Bonkiewicz mentioned several times above, and I wonder if her identity was stolen.

They offered to send botox in a bottle and now they keep sending emails that says your shipped has changed claiming they product is in Italy and some other country using asian language. I started to question their integrity when i noticed it was coming up to a whole month when they sent me information about the product but the company had switch names and it almost being a whole month of them still saying the shipment changed up to a month and not reaching the United States yet. When asking ifbi could get a refund and where my order was they redirected to this link with the word here in blue highlight:
