KETO+ACV Gummies SCAM
Mostly the same experience as D. Flatley. First part of the story reads exactly the same: "Facebook click-bait advertisement for "Kelly Clarkson" weight loss keto gummies with multiple positive comments from "satisfied customers," although the comments seemed incomplete, and a video of Kelly Clarkson recommending this product. It advertised 2 free bottles while supplies lasted and indicated a "rushed" delivery. This became $39/bottle and locked the potential buyer into purchasing 3 bottles - a reported value of around $200. By clicking, the buyer is also locked into a recurring payment each month on a refill plan with unclear instructions on how to cancel. After credit card information is given (and this included the 3 digit security code on the back of the card) to make the purchase, there was no total given and no taxes or shipping/handling charges were listed. After the purchase, looking back over the fine print terms of the refill plan, I became even more suspicous as the term "bankruptcy" was mentioned several times in there. It was all very confusing. The scammer did send a "receipt" but again it only listed $39/bottle (did not indicate how many bottles) and no total was listed. The total charge to my credit card was $239.98. The day after the order I replied on the email receipt (because I didn't feel comfortable calling the "customer service" number) with the request to cancel the order and refund the amount that was charged to my card. Soon after that, I received another updated "receipt" which included a "tracking number", but there was no indication on how it was being shipped or when it would arrive. Five days later the order had still not arrived."

Difference is that 6 bottles of Keto-Acv Gummies arrived as well as 2 bottles of Detox & Cleanse. My order was for the "buy 1 get 2 free" of the Keto-Acv product. I NEVER ordered the Detox or 6 bottles of teh Keto-Acv.

I had tried to cancel the order within 4 hours of placing it by the oriental accented operator refused saying the order was not cancelable, not refundable, and not returnable even though their webpage indicated a 30-day money back unconditional guarantee.

I am reporting them to my card company attaching a link to this page.

Five days later the order had still not arrived. I reported the issue to my bank and the scammer immediately refunded the total amount. Soon after, there was another email "receipt" from the scammer but using a different email address indicating that they had refunded the amount charged to my credit card. Now that my card has been compromised, and who knows how many others may have my card information now, I will be cancelling it and requesting a replacement credit card.
