Scammer call saying that they were Capital One and someone had tried to open up a credit card in her name. They then said they were going to transfer her to a credit bureau. She spoke with some guy that was supposed to be a credit bureau and then they transferred her to the National Debt Relief supposedly. She talked to the guy by the name of Jimmy Jay when I recognized that it was a scam. I told her to hang up the phone. He called back and asked to speak with her, and I told him that he would not speak with her. I told him he can end the call and he would not end the call and I told him I know it's a scam and you will not speak with her at all. Asked him to end the call again and he asked can I please speak with her one more time and I told him no you can end the call. Finally he held the phone for a few minutes and ended the call.
