The call is made by an automated recording which gives you the option to speak to someone about lowering your credit card interest rate. When I spoke to the individual I asked which credit card this pertained to he said master. When I asked which company he started rattling off random mastercard companies. When I told him I didn't have those cards he hung up immediately.

The scammer did not get the opportunity to gather any personal information from me as I continued to ask him questions about his "program"
