I got a robocall saying I had a recent tax assessment done and it was fraudulent and CRA was going to come after me if I don't call back immediately. The number is a Californian number 408-622-1974

I've been getting robocalls telling me a collections agent will arrive at my house to arrest me if I don't pay up on my outstanding taxes.  The message was "..... inform you that the CRA has decided to initiate legal proceedings against your home.  So in the next 24 hours, we will be making a lien on your bank accounts, due to your inability to settle your dues with the CRA.  A bill collection officer would (sic) visit you soon to complete the paperworks (sic).  If you have any questions, then call our tax default line at 1-844-385-9046.  I repeat, it's 1-844-385-9046.  If you don't call immediately, or if we don't hear from your attorney either, then you will be solely responsible for all legal consequences.  Goodbye."

I spoke with a gentleman with an Indian accent. They are trying to extract back taxes from me in the amount of $12,786.62. Their number is 844-316-5264

Had an automated phone call of a male with an accent. Stated that I was guilty of fraud with my income tax. I have not filed my taxes yet. The call was threatening saying that there will be a police officer at my door. And that I needed to call back. I was also told that if I ignore the phone call that I better have a lawyer ready.

We received an automated phone message today at 11:27am requesting we call 289-609-2939.  The message said, “Do not attempt to ignore or disregard the message as it is time sensitive.”  I called the number and first thing I heard was canned music, then a man came on the line with “Hello, Revenue Canada, what is your name please?”  There were lots of voices in the background.  I asked to speak with a supervisor, and the person hung up.  When I got home from work this afternoon, there was a second call with the same message - the message was left at 2:37pm this afternoon.  I went to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre's website hoping there would be an easy way to report this and confirm if the number was valid.  Unfortunately there is not. I'm hoping you can pass this along...

I received a call at 11:48AM threatening CRA scam call from Sprint Canada number 250-383-6894. A lady's voice said she was from Revenue Canada and that my file came up and I would be sued.

I got a call from an officer at the CRA tax office. The number he called from was a New York number 646-736-6765. He had a wonderfully authoritative voice - a good actor. He said that "they" would come and arrest me and take my property.
