They contacted us with a marketing offer from a vendor we work with. Someone from in the business inquired to get more information on the services and they provided the cost of the service with an immediate billing + a link to pay through credit card. They called and pestered the lower level staff to get an answer and payment asap. Once we said we do not want the services, they said they will be suing us in a last ditch effort to have us send the funds.
