Type of a scam Investment

Scammer in followed me in X (twitter) and led me to a crypto site https://btcbox-max.com/#/ where I can buy and sell cryptocurrency. Right now I cannot withdraw my funds after I deposited. The platform froze my account on my first attempt to withdraw all my money up to 7 days. Then on my second attempt they accused me for making a mistake on my digital wallet address which I did not because I copied and pasted the address on the transaction before I submitted. They asked me for $600 to retrieve my funds because I made an error on the transaction. They will not allow me to withdraw my money if I don’t pay them. I told them i will not pay them. All I want is to withdraw my money and close my account. I don’t not trust this site or platform anymore.
