I have placed a preorder at the beginning of February 2019 and had waited patiently on items that have been available elsewhere months ago. Big Apple Collectibles has failed to provide any updates or communication on the status of my order from multiples emails that I had sent out to them. I had recently requested to cancel my order and provide a full refund and finally a week later they said only store credit. I had insisted that I'm not interested with a store credit and they refuse to honor that. After this poor experience and looking into more of this business, I have learned that there are an abundance of negative feedback that I'm surprised this business is able to run these practices.

I placed 3 different orders with this company - 10/4/2018, 10/5/2018, and 11/7/2018. In total I spent close to $130.00 dollars on preordered items that were supposed to be shipped within a month. It has now been 5 & 6 months since my orders have been placed and the release dates continue to change even though the same items have been available in stores for months! I have tried to reach out to the company for status updates via email (this company refuses to list a phone number for themselves anywhere) and the only thing they told me was to check their list for release dates. I believe that this company is a scam for online buyers especially with all the very similar complaints from people on the main BBB website. At this point, all I want is a full refund for the items I have paid for in full. Store credit would be absolutely worthless if the company never seems to fulfill any orders to begin with.

I order products August 30 to no avail, I have not receive them. I order products October 17 to no avail I have not receive them. And stupid me order from them a third time and still have not receive my items. They take your money and make you wait up to a year. Not until I start researching yesterday, did I realize that there is video on you tube warning people not to do business with this company. Also on Facebook and Google there are a multitude of complaints against this company.

Its the same complaint with all, order and wait and wait and wait. In addition you do not get your product in pristine condition as they are least required.

I made a pre order for a set of 12 funko pops for my son on October 30, 2018. The items were all released on November 21, 2018 and were supposed to be shipped to me right away. I never received anything from them. They took my money and never sent me the order. There is no phone number on the website and the address is fake. I have tried emailing them to say that I want a refund and they only send back automated emails saying that the order is still on back order and that they haven’t been released yet. That is not true, they are Fortnite funko pops and they have been out in stores for 2 months now. They also say that they can’t do refunds and only “store credit”. I just want my money back and want to warn others to never buy from this bogus website. It is all a scam!! You will give them your money and never receive your order.

Pre-ordered merchandise and never received it. They are unresponsive unless you say you will report them. Then they email with a new date that you will receive your merchandise. Every time the date changes. I have been waiting since August and it is now October. They previously said I would have had it by now. The merchandise is out everywhere else. There is no reason I should not have my merchandise I paid for. Now they are saying I won’t get it until December. They are scammers. They take your money and do not provide you with your merchandise. When you ask for a refund they refuse you one and say they will give you store credit. But they don’t ship your merchandise so who would want a store credit?? I want my money. I would not recommend doing business with this company as they steal your money. Not a legit professional business.
