I ordered merchandise from a company that was using Bath and Body Works name, logo and sale.

I never received my order. The company is trying to keep the majority of my money as they are offering me a 10% to 20% refund. They claim that they lost money! I called the real Bath and Body Works and let them know about this scam.

I want my money back!

Facebook ad claiming to be Bath and Body Works, selling their out dated products at very low price. Confirmation e-mail came from “Bath and Body Works Sales”. All logos and website was copied off the original "Bath and Bodys" It really came from [email protected].

Scam was advertised on Facebook marketplace showing to be Bath & Body Works. Once I saw the charge on my bank statement it said “risetor.com Belfast” which was not what originally showed while placing order.

Bathbodyworksus.com / [email protected]: Fake order scam for Bath and Body Works. Facebook ad. Takes your order sends order confirmation takes your money then nothing ships, and they do not reply to emails. Click on track order and takes you to clothing site.

Ad on Facebook claiming to be Bath and Body Works, selling their products at very low price. Confirmation e-mail came from “Bath and Body Works” but now I see it really came from [email protected].

VISA transaction list says it was paid to sharonkendrs.com.

I ordered from what I thought was bath and body works from Facebook just after Black Friday. I received a confirmation email from bath& body works <[email protected]>. Never received any products. Did not notice at the time that the real website does not have &, they spell out the word and. Currently disputing with credit card company.</[email protected]>

Ad popped up on Instagram. Clicked on link and it redirected me to a site that advertised to sell discounted Bath and Body Works products.

Bath and Body Works special sale. Candles for 2.99. Web site looked real. Ordered and received confirmation email. On 12/03/23. On 12/10/23 received email stating I had left items in my online cart. When answering email, found it was a scam. No contacts, etc. listed on several web sites as scam.

Ad on Facebook for Bath and Body and showed discontinued items to purchase at a discounted price. I oredered soaps, lotuons, perfumes and put on my credit card. I didn't get a confirmation of order like it said in checkout, and i couldn't even find the add again on Facebook. I tried emailing and i got an email stating it's not a valid email address. There is no phone number or address that i could find, online. That's when i noticed the name of the company had "The" in title and the genuine store doesn't. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charges. I looked on bath & body's real website and they don't have any record of my order.

Selling bath and body works items on Facebook, I made an account with them and paid, still hast shipped cannot contact them. Payment went to Deim Roushi LLC not Bath and Body Works

I ordered some products from what I thought was bath and body works. However it turned out to be a scam, shortly after receiving my payment I could no longer access the tracking of my order said "data does not exist" I would like to hopefully be able to obtain a complete refund and report them in hope other people don't get scammed like I did.

They had a great deal on blow out bath and Bodyworks sets. I bought about $45 worth of things and I received an email saying thank you for your order. When I went to check on my order with the tracking number they gave me it said it didn't exist.

I was on facebook and saw a sale for 3 wick candles . The sale caught my eye After making the purchase i got a receipt in my email from Risetor.com

Not bath and body works. If the ad would have said purchases made through Risetor I would not have ordered

I may have been involved in an online Facebook scam. August 29th I clicked on an advertisement link on Facebook for Bath and Body Works. I placed an order for $40. Provided my debit card number. Money was taken off my card. I received a tracking number. Shipped on August 30th. I never received my order. They do not respond to my emails. I do not have the email. I don't have their address and phone number. I thought I was doing business with Bath and Body Works when I clicked on the link.
