Ad on Facebook as Bath & Body works. Confirmation Email even from “their” team as they called themselves. Purchased 26 items including a charge for shipping insurance. Never received. I emailed and no response. Eventually clicked link to shopping site in confirmation email and site is closed. Filed dispute through https://cshelp.vip/open-dispute and think I may have just been scammed again!

Website claiming to be Bath and Body Works offered discounts on items sold at the legitimate retailer’s website. This was a fraudulent site evidently and we never received our online order. Purchase amount was charged to credit card, however. When we attempted to contact the seller, the phone number was not valid nor have we been able to contact the seller via email.

I thought I order 4 wick candles and two lotions. Gave me an order number and a tracking number. When I look up the information on both I get nothing. They have my credit card information and I'm afraid I was scared from China.

I was on Facebook and saw an over for 90% off semi annual sale today only. I clicked on the link and bought 27 candles and 8 body wash and paid $51.68. I got a confirmation email that looked very real with my order and it said if I had any questions about my order to click on the link. I never got a tracking number for my order so I clicked on the website link and when I did it said this domain is for sale. I contacted Facebook and they said they found the page I went to and said it really was bath and body works but I never received my order. When I ,oiled at my bank statement it looked strange instead of saying bath and body works it said josephhegan.com which is my husbands first name and part of his last name that is when I knew I had been scammed, I then called my local bath and body works at valley river center In Eugene or and they said it was defiantly a scam and to contact my bank. I called my card issuer which is from door dash and they were not able to track it for me. This happened on December 29 2023

Saw an ad on Facebook Christmas Day for a special sale on Bath & Body Works products. I made a purchase of $30.41, then never received an email confirmation. I contacted Bath & Body and they said i did not make a purchase thru their website & it must be a scam. I then called my bank, cancelled payment in Jan 2024. BUT...... Today 3/26/24 I received another charge from them with a letter on Fake Letter head showing my name address ip address, tracking # etc. (I live in Calif and the tracking shows it was delivered to Maui, Hawaii. I am still fighting with my credit union as they believe their fraudulent letter is truth. The scammers are going a step further now by sending out form letters (Without even a letterhead) Be careful!

Received an email regarding a semi-annual sale that appeared to be from the legitimate website. Ordered product equaling 51.82, product never received. Upon reviewing my account, money went to josephhegen.com.

the registered agent on file is Guichuan Sun and is located at 1430 Corona St Denver Colorado 80218. This order was entered into Bath & Body Works per email. I thought I was ordering from Bath & Body Works for soap and candles and I never received anything and Bank Of America approved that and an extra amount that was charged.

Just wanted to get it out there that this company is not legit. Only lost 40 bucks , wont be seeing those candles and body washes and lotions. But somebody else might lose alot more.

Found and add for bath and body works for an end of year sale. Got a confirmation e mail also stating I will be receiving a tracking number soon.

I emailed after 7 days stating that I tried to look up my order and it wasn't found. I emailed back and they said they already shipped my order and that maybe the carrier hasn't updated they're shipping info. I later noticed that there were Chinese symbols in the from area of the several info. I tried several emails after that and received no reply. The order was made on December 29th. I have received nothing.

The website advertised, as Bath and Body Works, candles for a low cost. After I paid for the purchase via credit card, I suspected it could be a scam and it was verified in person from a store employee at Bath and Body Works that it was indeed a scam. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge. After 2 months I got a reply from my credit card company that the company is legitimate, and the product had been shipped to my address. It never was shipped because THEY ARE A SCAM!

Advertised on Facebook as Bath & Body Works clearance sale for candles and lotions. Placed an order and paid with my credit card. Received an emailed receipt. Never received the order. Had MANY email correspondence with Bisio Mauro. Replied, stating logistical issues. Email requesting a full refund, the charges to my credit card were made by "Joseph Egan LLC". WILL BE DISPUTING WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

It was on Facebook as bath and body valentines clearance-24 hour sale. Candles $2.99 , etc

I purchased them and was sent a confirmation order number but no tracking number. Wrote back and got message would be shipped in 20 days. Went to original order hit view and got message no such website.

Advertised Bath & Body Works 3-wick candles on 90% clearance. Place an order, account was debited on January 4, 2024.

As of date (1-29-24) items not received.

Bank states there is nothing they can do to recover dollars lost.

Web site represented themselves as bath&bodywork- I wonder candles for $43.08. Got receipt. Tracking info and company contact were invalid when queried. Charge appeared on credit card as Josephhegen petproducts. Upon inter query appears this is not a real company.

I ordered $70 worth of what I thought was bath and body works from website on facebook on 12/29/23 and it’s now 1/28/24 still haven’t received anything. On my bank statement it says Joseph hegan.com which is crap. I’m so upset that facebook allows scam websites to exist on their site. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

I thought I was ordering from Bath&Bodyworks on Facebook ad on Dec 29, 2023. I spent $43.93.
It turns out the scam artist is Lesliecole.com. What I don’t understand is how the real Bath&Bodyworks continue to let the crooks use their name, their logo, etc, with SO MANY complaints . They are the ones who should be sued.

Saw an ad on Facebook for Bath & Body Works. Placed order for $24.85 for various candles, etc. Haven't received product so checked my Visa statement and I was charged $24.85 by a JOSEPHHEGAN. When I go to their website, they sell pet supplies.

Made purchase on Dec 25, 2023. Didn't realize it but, never got confirmation. Went back to find in my email and nothing there. Haven't heard anything and seller info is invalid when I tried to inquire
