Ordered from a facebook ad that was listed as Bath and Body Works clearance. I opened the site in my web browser just to make sure. Never got a tracking number so I email the contact and got several emails back and forth that my package shipped on the 1st of January and should arrive in 10 to 15 days. Never got it. Also was told since there were so many orders that they could not give me a tracking number. I call Bull [censored]. Email Chain below.

It is now the 16th and NO PACKAGE. Where I live we have a parcel locker and we receive notifications when a package arrives. I expect and demand a full refund immediately. I sent an email on the 9th with no response. If I do not receive a refund I will contact my bank and dispute the payment with them. Please respond immediately.

12/31. Saw an ad on Facebook for 75-90% off BBW. I had ordered some items at Christmas with no issue. I did get an order confirmation. Says it's being processed. Noticed a charge with same amont to Josheph Hegan. Searched & found this possible scam report.

Ordered items from what I thought was bath and body works. Only received a confirmation email with an order #. Verified with Bath and Body works that this order number is not such that they use and this is a scam.

Put up a bath and Bodyworks sale ad and I purchased some items for Christmas. Everything looked normal. I put my information and put my credit card in and then after a while I realized that I never received it or a confirmation that it was being delivered when I check my bank account, I realize that the money has been taken out by this particular person. my total was 54.61

Like everyone else I got taken for the online order. While I want to believe that people wouldn't do this it's happening way to much. It makes me sick to think that the websites aren't stopping them from doing it.
Everyone struggles with their finances and I am personally starting to feel like there's got to be something done and want to keep my faith in people.

Facebook has an ad that showed clearance sale on Bath and Body Works. Clicked on ad and ordered products through this scam website. Paid the money and never received the products.

They advertised on Facebook as bath and body works. They charged my credit card for almost $44. I never got an email confirmation and I never received an order. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. My money was credited immediately. They mention the charge was made by Joseph Hagen. Com. Never heard of them. They sell pet supplies. My bank immediately credited my account. Then I googled joseph Hagen and bath and body works and came across someone who complained about this same company so I decided to select the button and share my story.

I ordered on December 8, 2023 from a link on facebook from bath and body works. Big sale, looked legit Money was withdrawn from my bank account to sharonkedrs.com California, MO US 21936 My email verification was from zhcartapps.com What can I do to recoup this $?

I emailed them 10 times and only get emails back with broken English. Its a scam all the way. Just sad they took money from me and I don't have much of it. I ordered stuff for my kids for Christmas. I spent over $300.00 and now I wont see it for up to 45 days. As a single mother with 3 kids this hurts me more then anything! Its so sad

I’m soooo upset because people should not be doing this and then emailed me a receipt!

The website looked legit and had everything that looked like the legit site, but it wasn't and they took my money and haven't received anything. I checked my order status on the Bath and Body Works website afterwards and there's no order, this I figured out I had been scammed!

As many others did, I placed what I thought was the official Bath & Body Works. Turns out it was a fraud / scam site. They will get all of your billing information/where you live/credit card info so you will have to file a dispute with your bank and order a new credit card as the card you used has been compromised. I placed an order on 12/23/2023 for $49.72. The bank said it looks like a fraudulent website. The bank said I would have to wait two weeks to see if I actually receive the merchandise I ordered. The site was originally showing Josephhegan.com but there is no merchandise on that page for Bath & Body Works.

I have been asking when I will receive my order and I do get responses from a "Lercher Daniel", see below...obviously this is just a robo reply.

The same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago now he's dodging me , I told him I knew he's a fraud and a scammer and he's not replying back. He took me for 44$

Also, when searching the IP address, http://47.88.235.30/, it appears that the originator is located in Singapore and has hacked into Alibaba's website. I'm going to see if I can report this to Federal Bureau of Investigation, as there are enough people here that they might be investigating these persons. Sorry if this is too much info, but I can't stand this! I've been scammed 3 times by other websites too! I have reported to FBI in the past and they have said to me that they have a site"
