While watching an informational YouTube video, an ad for this product, Aquoxis, preceded it. It claimed to be better than a pressure washer and was simply a device/tool that could attach to any garden hose. I thought it would make a great gift for my husband. I did not click on the ad or any links from YouTube. Instead, I took a screenshot of the name of the product. Later, I went to their website to order a single attachment. Several minutes after placing the order, I received a call from my credit card company fraud alert division asking if I had placed the order. They said it was from a company in France. I told them I had placed the order and that was the end of that conversation. I wish I had listened to them right then and canceled the order right away because it never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the company through the email address on their website received no reply. I eventually did call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I still have not received my money back.
