Type of a scam Online Purchase
On June 25, 2024, I handed over my car to GM Auto Transport, the actual company providing the transport service. When the car arrived safely in Texas, I transferred the remaining $800 to American Experience Auto Transport as agreed. However, shortly after, the driver called me and claimed they had not received the remaining balance.
To resolve the issue, I contacted GM Auto Transport and transferred the remaining $800 to them again. However, when I tried to contact American Experience Auto Transport via WeChat, I found that they were no longer responding to my messages. I also tried calling their company phone number and sending emails but received no response.
All transfers were made through Bank of America's Zelle service. I can provide all transfer records and screenshots of the conversations as evidence.
