Received a call from the above number confirming my Amazon order of $1,100 and it says to press 1 if you did not make this purchase. There is nobody there after pressing 1.

I received a call from someone claiming to be an Amazon representative. They told me that my Amazon account had be compromised and someone in another state was trying to charge $722.00 on my Amazon. They wanted me to give them my Amazon account number so they could verify. They asked me to log into my Amazon account. I told them I was at work and could not. They then told me to do it on my phone. I told them I couldn't and you could hear them getting aggravated. I immediately hung up.

The voice mail left was asking if I had charged a telephone 775.00 to my amazon account. I contacted Amazon and verified this was a scam call.

I've received multiple calls from Amazon saying my account will be charged $600 for a computer. Then I got a call saying it would be $400 for a computer. today's call was $200 on my account and to press 1. So I call Amazon, all I get is foreign persons I can't understand who will not verify nothing is going on with my account. Amazon's customer service is terrible. I just lost my husband, and I'm greiving and I don't need this.

I received a voicemail concerning "debit of $399 from Amazon, fraudulent department, press 1". I called the number back, and it was answered Oakland CA BBB. I have never used Amazon. I only shop in person.

I received a call that my caller ID had Amazon Customer Service 1-888-280-4331 it was an automated call saying that I had a suspicious activity of a iPhone of $700. If you did not purchase please press 1 or stay on the line I stayed on and I was disconnected. I went to Amazon everything looked OK no one at the house order an iPhone. I called the number back I get an text message asking if this is me text yes or no. Then I talked to Mae and she told me what I recently order so I figure this was legend. She reassure me this is Amazon I told her the funny thing is the number that called me is the same number that I called back and talking to you. After I talked with them then I look at my email and have a purchase of a MacBook for $1799. I called back and told them now I received an email this time I talked with Ari. Now I'm concerned that this number is not Amazon and they new what was on order so if it's not Amazonthey must be in my Amazon account. This is scary. I did not give or they asked for my social security or account number or any personal information.

I received a phone call from these numbers 1-821-404-5525 and 1-821-501-6471 within minutes on February 2nd saying my order for some Apple products was ordered and that if I didn’t order these to contact them. It was a recorded message so know it wasn’t real.

The caller told me that a card associated with my Amazon membership was used and $492. was taken out of my account. When I asked what amazon membership (since I don't have any under my name), the caller hung up.

Received a call from this number claiming to be from Amazon and claiming that an order was placed with my credit/debit card/account and that $799.99 would be charged to my card/account and my order would be shipped and delivered (I have no open or in- process orders with Amazon) if I did not call a NY number (646-439-3824) to dispute it.

No one answers at the NY number and it goes to voice mail. I did not leave a message and again I have no outstanding orders with Amazon and they do not call you after you place an order. Not sure what type of scam this is, but it is definitely a scam.

We got an email saying someone had purchased a laptop and other electronics in Tennessee and our Amazon account would be charged $2500 and to call 850-527-4077 if you did not place this order. We got a similar message in November. That time we called and it was an Indian man in New York.

I'm 83 yrs old. I got a text message today from Amazon saying: "Your order has been stopped at one of our terminals you're action is required imediately odl.xyz-02xyly9vyc - they want me to answer that so they can talk to me. I didn't answer it.

I keep getting calls from various numbers with my area code (614) claiming to be calling from Amazon about a dispute on my account. I hang up and haven't pressed 1 to talk to a representative but I'm guessing if I did they would try to get my cc info. My husband has also been getting calls.

Went to Amazon app and it alerted me there was fraud onmy account. Called phone number and was told to verify identity to wire 1,000. wired it and it was supposed to be returned to my acct within 30 minutes but it hasn't been and it's been hours and now no one answers the phone numbers. Google'd phone numbers and they match scam calls.

The scammer would say, they had looked at my credit card and some one has added 750.00 to my credit card need to call them right away to get the information needed to fix this issue.
