Got a text saying, "Amazon: Congratulations *****, you came 2nd in today's Amazon Earpods raffle! Follow the link to set shipment: u9fvx.info/PnYmX7dney"

Attempt to get info by arranging delivery.

- Fort Worth, TX, USA

I receive a text message almost daily stating that I have won an Amazon raffle and won AirPods and a link to follow. I haven’t clicked on the link since I’m sure it’s a scam.

- Fullerton, CA, USA

This is the third text message I have gotten from "Amazon". I know it is suspicious because of the nature of winning free air pods of course, but what is strange on top of that is that my number is not on our Amazon account. Basically, how did they get my number and my first and last name?

- Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA

They call (heavy Indian accent) saying my amazon account has been comprimised with charges. then they ask me to search in amazon "quicksupport" team viewer and download. I got suspicious and told them i knew they were scamming me then he hung up abruptly.

- North Augusta, SC, USA

This number called with a recording stating that there was fraudulent activity on my Amazon account. She then stated there was a charge for $106 from Dayton, OH (I live in SC), and to press 1 for assistance.

Claimed to be an Amazon AirPods raffle congratulatory message. Suspicious link is fairly obviously a phishing attempt instead.

Typical "You have won the amazon airpods shuffle" scam.

This is the 2nd text like this that I've received in the past 2 weeks.

- Miami, FL, USA

Phishing scam using my name saying I won amazon raffle. I did not click on the link, but they’re probably asking for personal and amazon account information. See screenshot.

- Minneapolis, MN, USA

Multiple text messages from different numbers claiming to be Amazon and saying I’ve won a raffle.

Received a text saying I won 3rd place in Amazon earbud raffle. I didn't click it and googled the scam instead

- Columbus, OH, USA

I was sent a text message saying I came in 2nd place and won earpods from Amazon. They used my name in the text too. I didn't click on the link so I'm not sure where it would have taken me. It was definitely a scam though.

- Covington, LA, USA

Received a text message saying that I was the winner of a set of AirPods from Amazon. It also gave a link to click on I didn’t open the email or click on it

- Kingman, AZ, USA

I received a text message from “Amazon” about coming in 2nd place for “Amazon’s March Airpods Raffle”. The phone number was 6316274984 and the link started with u9fvx.

I was sent a text message I did not recognize, but it was strange because it wasn't addressed to me. It said a prize was won from Amazon and I should click the link to claim it.
