after doing a internet search for roof damage repair I got a call from a Lisa. She said she works for AZ roofing in san leandro California. She sent a Paul or Martin to our home in Hercules. I trusted his low bid because the website I looked at was a popular used one. He ran up and down ladders. Made noise with generator. tossed off felt paper. He said that he repaired four sections of roof. I payed hem 3 installments. He also said that he can fix house side and fire place dry rot. Well it turned out he just layed old shingle on top of each other. cut a hole in roof with skill saw. covered over dry rotted panels and underlayment with paint and loose shingles. He covered the dry rot on fire place with indoor pine. He wanted to do more but I started to look closely and he ran off. he is a white male, 60ish, 5 ft 8. constantly says yes sir. Always talks on phone with a Lisa who gives him other locations to drive off to. He drives a old black pick up, AZ on side.
