This is at least the 4th time these scammers have called me. They are using just enough 'real' information to make themselves sound legit while threatening to 'serve papers' in regards to this 'serious legal issue' if not called by (insert unreasonably short time frame here as it is a 'new' date/time each call - all with spoofed numbers requesting a call back, always to new numbers though they identify themselves as NAT Pre-Legal or Hawkeye Pre-Legal both of which have shared addresses). All of this was left on the voicemail of a business. If this were even remotely 'legit' they would know that amongst other things leaving such personal and detailed information on a voicemail is not legal, ,let alone leaving it on the voicemail of a random business or worse someone's potential employer! Nevermind that the limited 'true' information they are using to sound believable hasn't been true or accurate for over 20 years and therefore would far surpass any statutes of limitations which they could try to hope would apply, which again, would put these ILLEGAL scammers into a category that should result in prosecution and jail time for the entire lot of them! It is obvious that they have purchased old hacked information from somewhere and are hoping that their illegal scare tactics will result in them getting peoples hard earned money through theft by deception.
