This was about mortgage insurance for the loan. That was started in 2020. They claim that they are underwriters for the loan about mortgage insurance. The loan company that started the mortgage sold it to another company. I do not understand why I was told to get a life insurance to cover the mortgage 6 years ago. I did obtain a life insurance policy for that purpose. They are trying to pull a fast one. Please watch out.

Blue card in postal mail delivered to my home address from (888) 915-1899. States "This notice is regarding your mortgage with UMPQUA BANK. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan.

This is time sensitivite so please call us at 888-915-1899 as soon as possible."

A mortgage ID number and my home address are also listed.

"This notice is regarding you current mortgage recorded on [mortgage date]. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan.

This is time sensitive so please call us at 888-915-1899 as soon as possible.
