My government phone is hacked they said I'm being hacked and they can tell I haven't even told them my name.

Phony Process Service Calls - Phishing Scam

I was called by someone claiming to have legal documents for me. They said they are from the Bronx county process server office. I know this is a well known scam so I told them I do not know anyone by that name. They asked for me by maiden name - then married last name - then my current address. They the called my husband. He was smart enough not to give him any information, and he did take down the call back number that they provided him of 888-662-1167,
