This message is intended for Timothy Boylan, Jr. My name is Katie. I'm calling with the processor's office servicing Kent County. The call is regarding a court summons filed under case number 4751175 dash C R. This is a legal notification to inform you that an attempt was made to service out a court summons. However, the documents were returned unsigned from the address we have on file. In order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court, please contact the issuing attorney immediately. Her name is Sophia Johnson and you can reach her directly at 877-719-0019. I believe this call from 877-719-0019 is a scam. Her office will be able to provide you full disclosure regarding the case, including the filing date. Thank you.
