There was a check for $98 on my online account that had no description where it was written to. I had not written a check or used my debit card for this ProPlan subscription. I called the number the bank gave me and when they answered they just said customer service, then I asked for the company name. I had never heard of it before, I informed them what I was calling about and they said they would issue a credit in the amount of $200+ dollars, not even the amount the check was for. I contacted the bank and now I'm having to close my account and open a new one. These things need to stop!
