They sent a text saying my delinquent spectrum account is being placed in collections with MRS BPO. Once I looked up the number I realized it was a scam especially because I just paid my spectrum bill.

I just got a recording asking for my personal information and wanting me to pay the debt today but I haven't had a Spectrum account in 6 years and it was always paid in full. I could never get to a real person.
