I got a call from a courier service stating that they had to drop off some legal paperwork that they couldn’t see because it was sealed, but that if we called a number, we could reschedule her and she wouldn’t come out that if not, she would go to our work and somebody had to be a witness like a supervisor or Security, we called number and they stated it was for a cash loan that we no longer had. Some guy named Dave Roberts was very rude saying that my husband was hiding behind his wife because he didn’t wanna call himself, when my husband was clearly at work, the day before they offered me a $700 settlement and the following day a $500 settlement, he said all he was doing was trying to help us save some money, I called him unprofessional, and he said that it was my opinion that he has been doing this for 30 years. He said that he was just stating the facts.
