I ordered something from Fanatics.com and it took me to ShipmentsFree.com in order to get free shipping on my order. When I went to the ShipmentsFree.com website, I put in my information. On my bill, I was charged $25.00 for the order. It only happened once. I asked my bank about the charge and they said it was a scam and the bank is going to give me my money back but had to get rid of my debit or credit card and get a new one. When I called Fanatics at their 1-800 number to report this, the employees basically gave me a number to corporate. When I called the number it was a fake number. Then I decided to contact ScamPulse.com to report it.

Contacted by my bank about suspicious charge from this company. I have never heard of nor have I been associated with them.

I have a watch on my debit card and received a call about some recent activity out of the ordinary. There was a $19.00 charge from this company and 2 other charges that I confirmed. I looked up this company and found out this was going to be a monthy charge. I called the company to inquire about this since I never heard of them nor did I sign up for any service. They assured me that they would cancel the charge and there would be no future charges. When I asked them how they got my information and my debit card information they would not give me an answer. I find that highly questionable and wonder how many others this is happening to

When I called them, they said that I signed up for a trial on a site and after the trial. It was over they charge me $19 but I have no knowledge of this trial or this site. I have never heard of this company and they have my card information and actually charged me.

Charged $19 as I have seen from others. Just noticed it and it has gone back as far June. Extremly infurated due to this being not caught from my end, but it sucks.

I was never approached or asked if I wanted their service nor have I ever used it. It says for free shipping and you never pay for shipping again. I asked several times how he got my banking information and he told me through Google. I told them I never authorized their service and to refund me every single penny they stole

I was billed $19.00/month for Juky, August and Septembeer before I caught it. I never heard of this company and have filed a BBB complaint, although 8 know they work for companies, not consumers. I am 82 and wonder how many other elderly people have fallen prey to these scammers.

I did not sign up for ShipmentsFree.com, but nonetheless was charged $19. per month for 6 months. When I called the company a representative stated that they would refund all charges my credit card and close the account immediately. I hope this happens and will be checking our next to see if the refund came through. I'm concerned that this company now has my identity and credit card information

fraud site pretends to be part of supermarket online shopping service. they capture my email & credit card, then charge for 1-week intro $3 subscription, & you can't cancel on their site, then charge you $19-per month for their service. Phone #s do not work, chat & email do not work.

I actually was able to cancel but because most people purchase through phone you have to go to desktop view

Shipmentsfree.com attempted to charge me $13 for a subscription service I never signed up for. My credit card company flagged it as fraud. Beware. I attempted to find out why I was charged by talking to the live chat agent and they didn't tell me for so long, I had to ask 8 times. They also charged me using the name SMARTYPLUSNET. I was able to get that charge refunded by talking to an agent.
