I parked outside of a cvs on 402 grey street. There was a free self serve parking sign chained to a pole of the cvs when I get back to the parking I was towed, I tried explaining the sign but they kept cutting me off because they knew about the sign they just didn’t care they wanted to get paid and that was all.
