I received a call from Robert Bernard from 651-908-6706 from the Publishers' Clearinghouse saying that I won lots of money and a new car. They wanted me to send them giftcards to them to get the money and car. I sent them $10,000.00 from a giftcard pack. I received a passport from the IRS as a possible proof of this. They said the money is at Bank of America in Springfield, MO. It was all a scam and I reported it to ScamPulse.com.
