Scammer submitted falsified documents in and attempt to get freight broker and/or their surety to issue payment for fake invoices. They have submitted Rate/Load Confirmations from various freight brokers, and the freight brokers have all confirmed the load numbers listed on the Rate/Load Confirmations and invoices are not their standard load numbers.

The alleged carrier used Rate/Load Confirmations that have obviously been fraudulently altered. If you check the FMCSA website, the real carrier, East West Logistics Group LLC had their carrier authority revoked 7/31/23. They were also based out of New Jersey, not New York.

They submitted Rate Load Confirmations, Bills of Lading, and invoices that had all been altered.

My lawyer is registering a business trademark for me, all fees paid to US Trademark Office.

So nothing more to pay for with the trademark application.

NATP sent me an invoice for $1320, as if I needed to pay them for the trademark application.

An attempt to be paid for nothing and just get money from someone.

Following a successful trademark filing with the USPTO and payment of the filing fee, the target receives a correspondence in the mail that includes the details of that trademark filing as well as what appears to be an invoice for the filing in the correct amount with a request for payment to "NATP REGISTER INC.", masquerading as an officially required payment. The requested payment amount is the same amount as the trademark filing fee.
