I received a phone call from California. Started automated and asked me if I wanted more information. Since it was a bank I have never been through, not thinking, I said "yes" to the recorded automated service. A foreign language voice answered and had an indistinguishable name. He was talking about "my chase credit card" and I informed him I have never had a Chase banking account. I asked what information it had, since it is "my account" and was quickly told it has no personal information and was hung up on. I called the number back, got 3 minutes of music before being disconnected. I truly feel my info has reached black market from a security breach, either phone company or medical, but regardless, I have a minor on my phone account and the scam calls are unacceptable, especially if she receives one.
