About 60 days after placing the order, I contacted customer support because the tracking showed the package had reached Los Angeles but never moved beyond that. Each time I contacted them, I was told to wait another 10–15 days.
After more than 100 days, they informed me that the package was **lost**. What is even more disappointing is that they are **not offering to resend the product**. Instead, they claim it is their company policy to refund only **35% of the purchase price**, even though I never received my order.
After this experience, I started researching the company more thoroughly and found numerous customer reviews and reports from other people describing similar experiences. I wish I had done that research before placing my order.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should not lose 65% of their money when an order is never delivered. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to research the company carefully and read independent reviews before ordering.
