On July 21, 2026, I received a voicemail from 833-636-0004 regarding an alleged debt. During the voicemail, the caller threatened to contact my family members by email and disclose that I allegedly had an outstanding balance if I did not return the call. The caller stated that unless I "took care of this," they would send those emails.

The caller also contacted one of my family members directly and left a voicemail indicating that multiple family members were "looking for" me in an apparent attempt to pressure me into responding.

I believe these communications were intended to intimidate and coerce me by involving third parties in an alleged debt. I am submitting this complaint because I believe this conduct is inappropriate and should be investigated. I have retained copies of the voicemails and can provide them as evidence if requested.

World Processing called my company phone and won’t stop. When I complained he said he was going to look up my other company phone number and call all my family members.

8/3 11:24am 572-205-4309 TT asked for Jessica
8/19 3:05pm 360-873-0281 NM
8/19 3:05pm same 360 LM Emma Brady
8/20 3:24pm 667-352-3661 LM NoName
08/23 3:37pm 607-270-1725 LM hung up when we said this is “company name” no answer when called back

Called from my phone and asked for corporate he just said your kidding right. After I explained they are calling a company phone and the person they are looking for is not in my family nor our friends and I don’t know them. He just laughed at everything I would say and said just pay your bills and hung up.

I received a “Demand for Payment Notice,” stating that I had a loan with Chase Bank & that they were reducing the amount owed from $1283.88 to $513.55. I called the number on the “invoice” & a man named William answered the phone…no company greeting or anything. You would think I called his personal phone. He only asked for my invoice# & then proceeded to ask if I was paying by check or card. I asked where this is coming from, as I do not recall ever having a loan with Chase. He states that the loan was bought out & now in collections. He mentioned a few other names that I did not recognize, from where the loan supposedly originated & gave me a time frame of 2010-2014. I asked if there was any other information/documentation other than this “invoice” & names of other companies I don’t recognize. He very rudely stated “well you should know what companies you had credit cards with…” EXCUSE ME?! As a person with a VERY EXTENSIVE customer service background, this is NOT acceptable. I then advised him that I would NOT be providing my information, as this sounds like a scam. Mr. William then proceeds with “…usually, people say that when they don’t want to pay…” & I couldn’t even let him finish…I immediately asked for a manager, as I no longer had any pleasant responses for him. Of course I never spoke with anyone else & he confirmed my number & said someone would contact me back & apologized. BUT ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

I received a debt collection in the mail, which I do not owe. It is from IP Systems LLC. Payment should be made out to World Processing Partners. P.O. Box 667830 Pompano Beach, FL 33060. Phone number 833-636-0004. They are trying to collect $2,000 from me for a debt from a bank I’ve never used before. I will sue this company for declamation of character and fraudulent acts against my identity, and misrepresentation of my public information. I will NOT be paying them the amount they are claiming that I owe.

I received a debt collection in the mail that I do not owe. It’s addressed from a complaint called “IP Systems LLC”. Payment should be made out to World Processing Partners. P.O. Box 667830 Pompano Beach FL 33060. Phone number 833-636-0004. These ppl sent a letter to an old address. I didn’t know anything about the letter, until my sister called to inform me that the letter was there. Wtf would I pay $2,000.00 for a bank that I’ve never used. I’m the last person they should’ve [censored]d with on so many levels. I don’t play; nor affiliate myself with scammers. I don’t know what made them think they would receive that kind of money from me. Government gets rich off my hard labor as is so what’s makes them think I’m paying they sorry [censored] $2,000.00 when I have my own bills and other personal things to attend to on a daily.

Got a letter in the mail stating I owe $1,252 GM card, pay $542 now to settle.
I just went through this crap with F& F management and won.
Anyways gotta love the “ please don’t download anything from the internet we need to hear your own verbiage “ ha! Scam scam scam.
My only worry is they get through Transunion like F& F did.

Yes. He is very rude. The thing about it is that it's the same guy but he uses different names and says that he's calling from different companies. He even said that he was calling from my own personal bank too. I kept the voice-mails and he said his name was first Kyle Straton, then Russell, then Howard.

They are trying to get money from me for a debt that has been charged off and closed back in 2008. They are threatening to go after my checking account and take out the money. After they told me that they can't do monthly payments and because I was crying hysterically, then they told me that I can do monthly payments of $500, $500, & $465.

Gotta love the express mail, they are trying to legit as possible.
Write then the time barred debt letter and tell them to go pound sand.

I too received a letter in the mail. Stating I have a payday loan debt. I am at home mom who do not work, so how could I have a payday loan if I have no payday... Yeah super sketchy! I could have find any company information on google, and the company was just formed Jan 2020. It reeks of everything scam!

Box 667830 Pompano Beach FL 33060 Phone number 833-636-0004. Collecting $1108. $554 if paid before October 1. It is for service provided at Marymount Hospital. I called the hospital. I have a zero balance. It is for a date I did not receive service. I should not be charged anyway. I called the phone number. The man on the line was very rude and unprofessional. I feels this is a fake debt collection scam.

Did they add this fake debt to your credit report?

I am going through the same thing at this very moment. The man is extremely rude and keeps calling.
