This seller has failed to supply my order for over 4 months, despite multiple attempts to contact them. After not delivering the product, they then charged my credit card without authorisation. This behaviour is fraudulent and deceptive. I request immediate review of this page/account and appropriate action to protect other users.

A product called the Luno Classic mp3 player with a published price of $29.99 was available through an ad on Facebook. I ordered one. A fake version of the product arrived, it turns out (I didn't realize that until the scam charge came that I describe next). My credit card company (Discover) notified me that the company tried to make a recurring charge of $29.99. Upon looking into that online, it turns out it is a scam company that sends a lesser-quality product than the one advertised, and that people are reporting recurring charges as though it is a subscription. Discover was able to block the charge, but suggested I report it to the ScamPulse.com to ensure this charge doesn't happen again.
